Lowney Architecture is looking for a Licensed Architect to lead technical delivery and coordination across multiple project types. This role offers autonomy, leadership responsibility, and the opportunity to mentor staff while contributing to high-quality, impactful design work. This is an in-office opportunity in our downtown Los Angeles office.

What You’ll Do

Lead entitlement, design development, and construction documentation
Coordinate consultants and oversee technical integration
Manage construction administration and quality control
Mentor Job Captains and junior designers
Participate in client and agency meetings

What We’re Looking For

Active architectural license (CA preferred)
5+ years of professional experience in an architectural firm
Advanced Revit skills
Strong knowledge of codes, detailing, and construction delivery
Clear communicator and confident technical leader
